Bicep
London based, Belfast-born blogger-production-dj duo Matt McBriar and Andy Ferguson need little by way of introduction. Their Feel my Bicep blog is the go-to place for tastemakers world-wide for lost and forgotten disco / Chicago house / Detroit techno / Italo edits and everything in-between. On a production tip, they have released on such labels as Throne Of Blood, Traveller Records and Mystery Meat.

Last year the guys went back into the studio for FMB005 (Dahlia EP), released in September. The guys also submitted a spattering of one off tracks for various compilations including a track for Modeselektor’s closing 50 Weapons compilation called Closing Sequence, and Gerd Janson’s Musik For Autobahns Volume II out on Rush Hour named Carmine. Furthermore a track named “Malima” was released on the Craigie Knowes charity compilation raising money for War Child.

Jacques Renault
Jacques Renault is a DJ and producer from the Washington, D.C. area who lives and works in Brooklyn. He runs Let’s Play House, a roving house, disco, and techno party as well as an imprint of the same persuasion, with friend and partner, Nik Mercer. He owns three plants, a rotary mixer, thousands of records, and a similar number of T-shirts. Despite working within the confines of a different genre, Dischord Records is still probably his favorite label.

Love Tempo
Justin Strauss and DJ Billy Caldwell are back for another round in the Bad Room. The Love Tempo boys will come ready with creates of records for a night where you can expect to hear anything from disco and cosmic to acid house and post punk.

Few DJs could adequately represent the last three decades of New York nightclub history – no less do so with such iconic credentials as Justin Strauss. Starting as DJ at New York’s legendary Mudd Club, he spun his way through The Ritz, Limelight, Area, Tunnel, M.K., Life, Centro Fly and more, pioneering his own distinctive sound, and becoming one of the most sought-after remixers and producers not just in New York, but in the world. He has worked with the gamut of artists – Depeche Mode, Sergio Mendez, Tina Turner, Jimmy Cliff, B-52s, Luther Vandross, Malcolm McClaren, Skinny Puppy, Goldfrapp, to name a few.

Billy Caldwell made his name at Manchester U.Ks legendary ‘HOME’ , Hacienda & Paradise Factory Clubs’ as well as co founding and DJing at the Infamous ‘Epping Walk After Hours’ Party in his native Manchester England. Now living and working in New York, Billy spins at some of the funnest venues in the City and Brooklyn.
