TONY HUMPHRIES
When thinking about Tony Humphries, you might be minded of his epic stint at KISS FM-NY as one of its greatest Mastermixers; or of his residency at one of the greatest US clubs, The Zanzibar; or, even, the walls that are lined with gold discs, from Indeep to Janet Jackson; or his legendary eclecticism for throwing whatever works into the mix, from The B-52’s or Rhythim Is Rhythim to Blaze. Heck, Tony Humphries is, of course, all of those things and more. But then, there’s the Tony of today, restless, questing, searching for new challenges. Which, when you think about it, is pretty much how Tony has always been.

Tony Humphries has now been DJing nearly 35 years, an incredible achievement that in any other industry would have been rewarded with a carriage clock, service medal and a free bus pass. Just like Larry Levan was Paradise Garage, Tony Humphries was Club Zanzibar. With his inimitable take on house and garage, the US-DJ was able to command audiences for hours, taking them up and down, round and round with a dizzyingly eclectic mix of soul, tribal and gospel style.

JUSTIN STRAUSS
Few DJs could adequately represent the last three decades of New York nightclub history – no less do so with such iconic credentials as Justin Strauss. Since he was 17, when his first band was signed to Island Records, Justin has had a career that reads like a Who’s-Who of the music scene, spinning at nearly every dance club that you’d ever want to go to. Starting as DJ at New York’s legendary Mudd Club, he spun his way through The Ritz, Limelight, Area, Tunnel, M.K., Life, Centro Fly and more, pioneering his own distinctive sound, and becoming one of the most sought-after remixers and producers not just in New York, but in the world. He has worked with the gamut of artists – Depeche Mode, Sergio Mendez, Tina Turner, Jimmy Cliff, B-52s, Luther Vandross, Malcolm McClaren, Skinny Puppy, Goldfrapp, to name a few – and on over 200 records!

LLOYDSKI & DIRTY DAVE
Lloydski is back in the Bad Room for another all-nighter and this time he’s invited LA’s Dirty Dave along for the ride. Dirty Dave joins us for the first time from Los Angeles where he’s a resident of The Rooftop at The Standard Downtown & a curator of their upcoming Summer Saturday Series. He also gets tapped regularly to open for visiting DJ’s at LA’s now infamous underground warehouse parties. His weekly radio show ‘Things of Life’ on Dublab.com (co-hosted with Daddy Differently – founder of Vinyls On Wax Records Limited) airs live every Friday from 10am-Noon PST which runs the gamut of his eclectic musical inclinations.

Lloydski is a Good Room resident and one third of the legendary TIKI DISCO parties who always knows how to have a good time. He’s been kicking it around NYC for the past 12 years and on his latest endevour he’s joined The Lot Radio, hosting Dinner With Lloyd every Monday thru Friday, inviting some of the best DJs from around the world to play records and chat.
