A mind-melting opening set from Ike Release on August 4, 2023. A staple at the club as one of our sound engineers, Ike made his Good Room DJ debut in the main room, dropping no less than 42 tracks in two hours featuring loopy electronics and hard-hitting house and techno.

@kandylion has spent the better part of the last decade honing her DJ chops in the Brooklyn underground dance scene. She’s become a regular here at Good Room as a resident of queer nightlife collective XOXA. Timo Lee is a Taiwan-born, Hawaiian-raised, Brooklyn-based DJ and producer. She is a long-standing member of the dance music community who loves to get the party going with her eclectic style. Timo is a former resident at DJ Harvey’s thirtyninehotel in Honolulu, the curator of Good Bar’s weekly vinyl listening session Wax The Van, and label boss of Chomp! Chomp! Records.

Yurk is a Puerto Rican DJ based in Brooklyn with a wide range of influences expanding from Latin to electronic music, funk, jazz and ambient. Each performance is a genre blending involvement. As a producer Yurk has performed live hardware and DJ sets around various clubs and art spaces in New York.

The duo blend their eclectic music tastes together for the podcast ahead of their set in the Bad Room on Friday, 3.31.23. Turn the speakers up for an hour and 20 minute mix featuring heavy rhythms and groovy beats across the house, breakbeat, and techno spectrum.
